In 2015, the Trailblazer Awards recognized a handful of local businesses who had made a significant contribution to the lives of students. Over the past decade, the tradition grew, as we came to value and honor the confidence and trust of so many who partner with us in supporting students and advancing our institutional mission, not only businesses. Thus, this award now recognizes up to five local businesses, organizations, or individuals who have shown extraordinary support to the students of Utah Tech University, and there is not a single “winner” in this category, as all finalists are outstanding in how they’ve strengthened the mission of Trailblazer Nation.
Nominations for this award may come from any member of the campus or community. Submissions are reviewed by a preliminary screening panel chaired by the Dean of Students, and narrowed to five finalists.
